The elements contained in the job satisfaction which ; “include how much the employee's interest in his work that needs to be known by the company is an effort in increasing job satisfaction for employees so that a good relationship and motivation”. Type of research is a survey, in which researchers observe in the collection of information using questions. Sample research of 75, analysis of data using statistik deskriptif and inferential (SPSS 22.0). This research is to find out the hypoteses ; “job characteristics significant to effect job satisfaction, and motivation has a significant. Job characteristics a dominant effect on job satisfaction. Skill variety is ostensible variety and intricacy of skills and talents required by a job to perform it”.
