Abstract : Dental and oral health problems in Indonesia are still high with a prevalence of 57.6%. Gingivitis often occurs in pregnant women due to hormonal changes, but only a small percentage get treatment. The Lia's Dent Website application was developed as a digital educational medium to improve dental and oral health maintenance behaviors and early detection of gingivitis. Objective: Develop appropriate and effective media to improve dental and oral health maintenance behaviors and early detection of gingivitis. This study used a R&D approach. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Application feasibility was assessed using Aiken’s V and the ICC. Effectiveness was evaluated through a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design involving 40 pregnant women. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Mann–Whitney tests.
