Abstract :
The COVID-19 pandemic posed a range of
threats to the mental health and well-being of the
workers of the GSP. This group was more vulnerable to
mental illness than other job groups due to the
pandemic. However it is not clear to what degree the
mental health of the staff of the National Health Agency
(NHS) deteriorated after the pandemic and the quality of
the data is mixed. Further study is needed to clarify the
worker classes who could be especially at risk and the
longer-term effect of the pandemic on the mental health
of the national health workers. However, fostering the
mental health and well-being of the workers of the GSP
at this period could enhance the present and potential
ability and efficiency of its employees
