Abstract :
The sugar industry is becoming cut-throat day-by-day as the demand for sugar consumption is increasing as well as supply too! But many times there is marketing disequilibrium for one or other reason. (VSI-Pune, 2015).In present sugar Factory scenario of Maharashtra, the researcher aims to focus on various costs which may be controllable Therefore, total cost is sub-classified into different identifiable segments.
