Abstract :
The concentration-concentration fluctuation
and chemical ordering in liquid Ti-Al at 1773 K, 1873 K,
1973 K, 2073 K, 2173 K, and 2273 K has been
investigated using the quasi-chemical approximation
model (QCAM). This analysis shows that chemical
ordering leading to complex formation exists in the alloy
across the whole concentration range.
