Abstract :
Batang is one of the coffee-producing areas in
Central Java. Coffee is one of the leading commodities
that are being intensively developed in Batang Regency.
Opening a coffee business is important because it can
create added value. This added value creation is carried
out by youth in the Regency, it is hoped that it can
contribute to the economy of Batang Regency. There are
complex problems in business management, so that this
coffee business has not been able to make an optimal
contribution to the regional economy. The purpose of this
research is to determine strategic priorities in developing
a coffee business in Batang Regency. This study uses the
SWOT analysis method to formulate alternative strategies
and the Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to
analyze priority strategies in business development. The
group of respondents who were the samples in this study
were key persons consisting of the Government, Business
Actors, Communities, and Academics
