Abstract :
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the contours of modern business. The main function of AI applications in
the business includes analysis of data and decision-making through automation. It also engages in more customer services
today. Predictive analytics forecast market trends to AI-driven chatbots enhancing customer service, businesses are
leveraging intelligent systems to drive growth, improve efficiency, and gain competitive advantage. However, the adoption
of AI is not without its challenges, and organizations must navigate a complex terrain to realize its full potential.
