Abstract :
The intricate connections between stress
eating, depression, and anxiety are examined in this
review. Emotional and stress eating patterns are
frequently influenced by anxiety and sadness, which can
worsen these mental health issues. The current knowledge
of the etiology, clinical characteristics, and management
approaches for these interrelated problems is
summarized in this study. It attempts to give researchers
and medical practitioners a thorough understanding of
the issues of eating disorders linked to stress, anxiety, and
depression so they can more effectively manage these
problems.
