Abstract :
One of the potential absorber layers for thin
film heterojunction solar cell manufacture is copper tin
sulphide As the annealing temperature
increased, the electrical resistance of the layers
decreased. These findings were presented and discussed
in depth.
The composition study revealed that
at higher annealing temperatures, the layers were Curich. The annealed layers were polycrystalline in nature
and had an orthorhombic crystal structure,
