Work From Home (WFH) a work system that
changes the culture and work procedures of employees
who previously worked in offices to move to their homes.
Changes to this work system can result in a lack of
employee job satisfaction, in addition to that, work-life
balance (WLB) and work environment (WE) also affect
employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was
to examine the effect of work from home and work-life
