Self-Efficacy is a psychic symptom that often occurs throughout the world. Anxiety can result in lowering performance levels, other components such as Organization Climate (IO) and Organization Commitment (KO) are thought to be related to Employee Engagement (EE) which affects loyalty, morale and a high sense of belonging to the company. This study aims to test the influence between the variables of Self Efficacy, Organization Climate, Organization Commitment, and Employee Engagement on PT. ADL. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with primary data taken through a questionnaire of 100 respondents in PT. ADL. Hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study show that the influence of employee SE on EEE in general does not have a close relationship. Meanwhile, IO to EE, KO to EE, SE to KO, IO to KO in general all have a significant relationship.
