Abstract :
This research paper examines the financial
performance and stock analysis of Motilal Oswal
Financial Services Ltd. (MOFSL) and HDFC Asset
Management Company Ltd. (HDFCAMC) over a five-
year period from 2018 to 2023. The study utilizes ratio
analysis, fundamental analysis, and technical analysis
techniques to assess various aspects of the companies'
profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency. Findings
indicate positive trends in profitability, liquidity,
solvency, and efficiency ratios for both companies,
reflecting their ability to generate income, manage costs,
and utilize resources effectively. Additionally, the stock
analysis reveals promising trends, suggesting favorable
outcomes for investors. Overall, these findings highlight
the companies' strong financial performance and
potential as investment opportunities, subject to market
conditions and individual investor considerations.
