Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and explain the
influence of organizational commitment, leadership style
and knowledge sharing on the performance of state civil
servants (ASN) at the Makassar City Investment and
One-Stop Integrated Service Office. The research method
used by the author is a survey method. This research is
primary data using a questionnaire. This research is a
quantitative research, with a research design of
hypothesis testing study to test the effect between
variables. The results showed that: organizational
commitment and leadership style had a positive and
significant effect on the performance of state civil
servants (ASN)
