Abstract :
Good and sustainable maintenance of Light
Rail Transit (LRT) stations will have an impact on
ensuring the operational sustainability of the station.
Therefore, it is important to develop a station
maintenance model based on a multi-criteria analysis
related to the type of maintenance. The analytical method
used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS)
approach. The variable criteria used are structural
stability, economic/financial, physical environment, and
management. The results of the analysis show that the
structural stability, economic/financial, physical
environment, and management variables have a
significant and strong influence on determining the type
of station maintenance
