Abstract :
This study aims to test and analyze the
ability, satisfaction and work discipline of the
performance of the state civil service in Rantebua subdistrict, North Toraja Regency. the type of research that
will be used in this study is the explanatory type. The
scope of this research is more directed at the process of
analysis of various factors related to the performance of
the state civil apparatus in Rantebua sub-district, North
Toraja Regency. the scope of the study is only limited to
the independent variables namely the work ability of
the state civil apparatus, job satisfaction of the state
civil apparatus and the work discipline of the state civil
apparatus. while the dependent variable is the
performance of Rantebua state civil apparatus. The
data used in this study are primary and secondary data,
in the form of quantitative and qualitative data.
Quantitative data in the form of numbers, scales, tabletables, formulas and so on which more or less uses
mathematics, while qualitative data in the form of data
that cannot be measured with numbers or other exact
measurements. In this study, the population was all 67
state civil apparatus in North Toraja District. The
sampling technique used is saturated sampling.
