Abstract :
The financial technology (Fintech) sector is undergoing a transformative revolution, driven by advancements in
artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and optical character recognition (OCR). This research article explores the
integration of these technologies in commercial banking, highlighting their impact on operational efficiency, customer
experience, and risk management. The article delves into the technical underpinnings of AI, cloud computing, and OCR,
and presents case studies demonstrating their application in real-world banking scenarios. Finally, the article discusses the
challenges and prospects of AI-driven Fintech in commercial banking.
