Abstract : The occurrence of natural calamities and disasters becomes prevalent due to climate change. In Philippines, natural disaster incident increases annually and high vulnerability risk index (World Risk Report, 2016). In order to address these challenges, this study had been undertaken to mitigate the risk associated to natural disaster both life and property. Specifically, the study aims to develop real time mobile monitoring system with drone technology that will provide accurate information that currently occurring on the ground.
