The gaps in scheduling are chaos in operations, loss of credibility, inefficient workflows and increased costs. The data used for this analysis are primary data which were collected through interviews and surveys. This analysis will help in identifying the next level schedule in an organization. This analysis will help in taking scheduling in an organization to next level.
