Abstract :
SIADH a condition where anti-diuretic
hormone (ADH) is secreted in the absence of appropriate
physiological stimuli. SIADH mostly characterized by
hypotonic, euvolemic hyponatremia with urinary
hyperosmolarity. SIADH is a well-known paraneoplastic
syndrome frequently linked with small-cell lung cancer
(SCLC).
